Black & Associates provides engineering and frequency coordination services for licensing point-to-point and multiple address communication systems with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). We are listed on the FCC web site as a microwave frequency coordinator.

Established in California in 1986, Black & Associates remains a privately held company, independent of all equipment manufacturers and system operators. Being independent, we can recommend and select equipment and facilities without conflict of interest.

We provide exceptional customer support throughout the licensing process by engineers who are experienced in the areas of frequency management and the design of microwave telecommunications systems. All work is performed in-house using our class-leading custom designed analysis software referencing our internal database of granted licenses and pending applications.
