FCC License Cancellation

A licensee that permanently discontinues service at a site must notify the Federal Communications Commission of the discontinuance within 10 days.  Permanent discontinuance for PTP and MAS licenses is defined as 365 consecutive days during which a licensee does not operate (transmitting a test signal does not constitute operation).  To encourage efficient spectrum reuse, the Federal Communications Commission does not assess a filing fee to cancel a license.  Authorization will terminate even if the licensee fails to file a cancellation.

Black & Associates can prepare and file these applications on your behalf.
